2010 AV Ladies Calendar

You've been waiting for this ALL YEAR, and it's FINALLY HERE!!! Information on how to submit photos for next year's calendar!!!

But first, the RULES....

Submissions will be accepted until

All submissions must meet "family site" qualifications (keep it PG-13)




Photos must be of you (or your wife, girlfriend, mistress, etc...) AND your (or their) AV




Multiple submissions are allowed - be creative!!




Your screen name (or hubby's, bf's, etc...) MUST accompany each submission (or group of submissions)




Please try to take pictures with the highest resolution possible - Borrow a camera if you need to!




DO NOT EDIT your pictures!!! We will do editing/cropping as necessary to fit the calendar.




DO NOT post your pictures in this thread! We need to keep the contents secret for now!




If you behave yourselves, we may decide to post "teaser" pictures!



Include as much information with the pictures as possible - when/where it was taken, who took it, etc...



Previously published photographs cannot be accepted, due to copyrights (ie. if your picture was published in a truck magazine, we cannot accept it, but feel free to take a similar picture with the same lady and same AV and submit that!)



If you have a particular month you would like to have your pictures in, please let us know! We can't guarantee anything, but we will certainly try!



Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.



Since this is a LADIES calendar, submissions with MEN in the picture will be edited to make the MEN look like LADIES...

Profits from the sale of these calendars will benefit a charity (still to be chosen by the "calendar club").

We're going to try "themes" this year, so if you have pictures of your AV that would fit for a particular month (ie. St. Patty's theme would fit in March, or Christmas theme for December). If you have multiple pictures, that could possibly fit into separate months, send them in!

And the most important message of all.... HAVE FUN TAKING THE PICS!!!!

Please don't ask who's going to be in the calendar, and don't ask to see pictures! This is still to be decided!
